Health Beat: Your Real Age

Hello.Hey, Bloggy Friends. My brother told me about an interesting site online today that will evaluate your health situation, tell you your life expectancy and even give you tips on how you can increase your years. It is called BLUE ZONES. If you go to the link it will ask you to register on the site to take the "Vitality Compass" test. It is a really quick process to sign up.

I was happy with my results. They predicted that my "real age" is 23 years old, that I should live to be nearly 97 and if I improve upon certain things I can add another 21 years to that! Will you still read my blog when I'm 120 years old? I hope so!

I found it really interesting, so I thought I would share it with you. Feel free to share your results! Have a great night.

Love, Josh

I did well with whole grains and exercise, but the booze ... oh Lawd the sauce did me in, gurl. Well!

Life exp.: 75. Biol. age: 51.2 (I am 49). Healthy life exp.: 49 (I turn unhealthly ... like, NOW). Due to my life habits, I have LOST 3.4 years.

Well Oprah, darlin', my father shot himself in the face when he was 33. I always thought I was doin' pretty well, given my gene pool! I mean, no kidding, like Sondheim wrote, "I'm still here ..."

Good times and bum times
I've seen them all and, my dear
I'm still here
Plush velvet sometimes
Sometimes just pretzels and beer
But I'm here
I've stuffed the dailes
In my shoes
Strummed ukeleles
Sung the blues
Seen all my dreams disappear
But I'm here ..."
